When we first heard about the project the team was buzzing with excitement as we embarked on a journey to rejuvenate a staggering total of 104,000 square feet of stucco wall located at 81 W White Horse Pike Berlin, New Jersey. This is one of Berlin, NJ’s most beloved landmarks.
Lucien’s Manor has been a local gem for years, known as an event venue with three exquisite and unique ballrooms that can accommodate everything from on-site ceremonies and banquets. As part of our commitment to enhancing the beauty of our community, we’ve undertaken the task of soft washing and painting the exterior of this place. The goal? To restore the beauty of this beloved landmark to its former shining glory and beyond.

Our adventure began with power washing, stripping away the wear and tear of time to prepare for the canvas of change.
